Recent reports from several news outlets, including The Guardian Nigeria and The Niche, indicate that Nigerian singer Lil Kesh, whose real name is Keshinro Ololade, was reportedly stabbed during a robbery in Lagos on Wednesday.
According to the reports, the singer was attacked by assailants who also made away with jewelry reportedly worth millions of naira. Hip TV reported that Lil Kesh was stabbed in the neck. Following the attack, he was said to have been rushed to a medical facility where he received treatment for his injuries, including stitches to his ear.

As of now, neither Lil Kesh nor the Lagos State Police Command has issued an official statement regarding the incident. The news has caused a stir on social media, with fans and fellow musicians expressing their shock and sending prayers for his quick recovery.
Lil Kesh, who broke into the mainstream in 2014 with “Shoki”, has remained a notable voice in the Nigerian street-hop scene.
He has collaborated with stars such as Olamide, Davido and Wizkid, among others.
